Privacy Policy

Information you provide

When you submit a project inquiry, this website stores the project details, contact information, preferences, and optional photos you choose to provide. This information is available to JRM through its protected owner inbox so it can review and respond to your request.

Project photographs

Inquiry photographs are stored privately and are not automatically published in the public portfolio. Public portfolio photographs are managed separately by the owner.

Website activity

The website records aggregate interaction events, such as inquiry starts, completed requests, and call-link clicks. Campaign parameters and a referring website’s domain may be attached to an inquiry. Campaign information may be kept for the current browser session so it stays with the request as you navigate. Unsubmitted form details remain in memory during navigation and are not sent to analytics. Analytics do not include your form answers, photographs, phone number, or email address.

Security and cookies

The private owner area uses a secure session cookie after login. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Inquiry and image access is checked on the server. Limited, hashed network identifiers are used for rate limiting. No system can guarantee complete security.

Use and service providers

Information is used to discuss your project, manage follow-up, and operate the website. Hosting and storage providers process data as needed to operate these features. This website does not enroll inquiry submitters in a marketing subscription.

Your requests

Contact JRM to ask about accessing, correcting, or deleting your submitted information. Email sales@jrmconstructionconsultants.com. Contact actions may open your phone, messaging, or email app, which has its own privacy practices.

Changes

This policy may be updated when website practices change. The date above identifies the current version.
